Baby of Kavita Kadam is a 3 month old child suffering from congenital heart problem, PATENT DUCTUD ARTERIOSUS(PDA) with Left to Right Shunt. The patient belongs to an economically backward section of the society. His father Mr. Abhijit Das is the only earning member of the family and works as a driver. There are four members in the family and his father’s monthly income is 12000 INR.

Baby of Kavita Kadam requires immediate closure of PDA to save his life. The treatment is going to be done in Somaiya Hospital, Mumbai, under the supervision of Dr. Irphan Ali.

The total estimate is Rs.250000/- for the surgery. His family is not in a position to bear the expenses of his treatment.
