I hope this message finds you well. My name is Seema Parkhe, and I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a plea for help for my 5 years old daughter. She finds herself in a challenging situation, battling Atrial Septal Defect (ASD), and currently undergoing treatment at Jehangir Hospital, Pune.

Over the past two years, her health has deteriorated, and the medical team at Jehangir Hospital has recommended Urgent ASD Surgical Closure Heart Surgery as the curative measures for her condition. The total amount required for the treatment is substantial, and despite our best efforts, we find ourselves falling short by 4 lakhs.

I have a modest family of five, with only one breadwinner. Meeting daily expenses has become a struggle, and the financial burden of my medical treatment has become overwhelming for my family. We have already exhausted our savings and borrowed from friends and relatives, leaving us with no option but to seek help from compassionate individuals like you.
