Mr. Vikesh Wagh, the father of 8-year-old Master Pratyush Wagh, is going through an extremely distressing time as his son is battling CA Prostate (a type of stomach cancer) and is undergoing treatment at HCG Manavata Cancer Centre, Nashik. Recently, Pratyush’s health has further deteriorated. He is suffering from low BP, bladder-related issues, weakness, and urine problems due to the heavy impact of chemotherapy on his fragile body. Today, the family had to once again rush him to the hospital for further medical attention as his condition remains unstable.

Mr. Vikesh Wagh works as an operator and is the sole earning member of a small family of three. They have already exhausted their entire savings and taken help from relatives to cover initial treatment costs. Despite these efforts, they still require additional funds to ensure that Pratyush completes his full course of treatment as advised by the doctors. As of now, 3 chemotherapy sessions are still pending, and these are critical for his recovery. The cost of each chemotherapy session is approximately Rs. 30,000/-, making the total pending chemotherapy cost Rs. 90,000/-.

In total, the family needs to raise Rs. 6,00,000/- to cover the complete medical expenses, including the pending chemotherapy and any additional hospitalization and treatment costs arising due to his worsening condition. With no savings left and already under immense emotional and financial stress, Mr. Vikesh Wagh has approached little Heart Foundation seeking urgent help.
