I hope this message finds you well. My name is Seema Parkhe, and I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a plea for help for my 5 years old daughter.

FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Vishwas Parkhe (Father of the child) is a daily wages laborer. His yearly income is approximately 40000 Rs. As per income certificate. His wife Mrs. Seema is a house wife. He is the sole-earner in the 5 member’s family to manage family’s daily livelihood. As his financial condition is not good he is unable to manage his daughter’s medical treatment cost.

Total Estimated Cost is Rs 4,65,408/-

PATIENT DETAILS – Daughter of Mrs. Seema Parkhe, 5 years old girl Child suffering from Congenital Heart Disease. ASD Large size 16.6 mm ostium Secundum atrial septal defect (ASD) with Left to Right Shunt. She is getting treatment in Jehangir Hospital Pune under the care of Dr. Ashok B Ghone. She needs to undergo Urgent ASD Surgical Closure Heart Surgery as soon as possible.

Due to poor financial background they are unable to afford the child’s treatment.
