PATIENT DETAILS– Baby Ashwini Sardar Nale, a 14–15-day-old female child, has been admitted at Sai Sparsh Children’s Hospital, Kolhapur since birth under the care of Dr. Vyankatesh Tarkasband (Dixit) and Dr. Amol Girwalkar (Neonatologists).
The baby was born preterm at just 27 weeks of pregnancy with an extremely low birth weight of approximately 0.96 kg and is suffering from RDS (Respiratory Distress Syndrome) and ELBW (Extremely Low Birth Weight).
Since birth, the baby requires intensive NICU and PICU care and is expected to stay for approximately 75 days in the hospital for further medical management. The estimated medical expenses are around Rs. 6,00,000/-.

We are reaching out to share an update about Baby of Ashwini Sardar Nale, who has been bravely fighting for her life due to critical health complications since birth. The baby is currently undergoing intensive medical treatment under expert supervision.
Doctors have advised continued NICU care and advanced medical management, which is essential to stabilize her fragile condition. The estimated cost for her ongoing treatment remains ₹2,80,000, and the family is finding it extremely difficult to manage expenses.
