URGENT APPEAL – Help 7-Year-Old Arush Undergo Life-Saving Heart Surgery

Dear Supporters,

We are reaching out with an urgent appeal to help Mst. Arush Dnyaneshwar Belkunde, a 7-year-old boy suffering from a congenital heart defect – ASD with PS (Atrial Septal Defect with Pulmonary Stenosis). He requires an ASD Surgical Closure with Pulmonary Valvotomy at Fortis Hospital, Mumbai.

The estimated cost of the surgery is ₹2,50,000, which is beyond the means of his family. Arush’s father, Mr. Dyanseshwar Maruti Belkunde, is a farmer from Patoda, Taluka Dharashiv, Dist. Dharashiv, Maharashtra, earning just ₹40,000 per year. His mother is a homemaker, and they have two children. With no savings and limited income, they are unable to afford the surgery that could save Arush’s life.

Arush has been suffering from discomfort and weakness since birth. After consulting doctors in Beed, he was referred to Fortis Hospital, Mumbai, where doctors confirmed the heart defect and recommended immediate surgical intervention.

This is to inform you that Mst. Arush Dnyaneshwar Belkunde has been diagnosed with a congenital heart defect (ASD with PS) and needs ASD Surgical Closure with Pulmonary Valvotomy at Fortis Hospital, Mumbai.

The total estimated cost of the treatment is ₹2,50,000, as per the hospital’s estimate dated 29th October 2025. His father is a small farmer earning only ₹40,000 annually, and the family is unable to bear the expenses.
