My name is Shital and i am trying to raise funds for my new born son who is suffering from Prematurity/ Preterm, Very Low Birth Weight & Respiratory Distress Syndrome and is undergoing treatment at Namco Hospital Nashik under the care of Dr. Nikhil Kulkarni. Our family has done all it can to collect the total amount required for the treatment but that’s not enought to pay for all the medical expenses. Total estimated amount for the treatment is Rs. 2lac.

My husband Mr. Vishnu is working as a daily wages labour and his monthly income is only Rs. 9000. As the amount required is huge, I request you to kindly contribute towards the treatment and help during this time of need. Each contribution is important!
