I hope this message finds you in good health. My name is Kalpana Pund, and I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a plea for help. My son, the treasure of my family, is fighting for his life. He is only 13 years old, and yet he has already faced more pain and hardship than any child should ever have to bear. My beloved son, has been diagnosed with ASD (Atrial Septal Defect), a congenital heart condition. Currently, he is undergoing crucial medical treatment at Jehangir Hospital in Pune.

My son’s treatment is at a critical juncture, and we cannot afford to delay any further. The medical team at Jehangir Hospital is providing him with the best possible care, but the financial burden has become overwhelming for our family.

We are, humbly seeking your support to raise Rs. 2,85,414 to cover the necessary medical procedures, medications, and hospital expenses.

Your contribution, no matter the amount, will make a significant difference in his life. We understand that times are tough for everyone, but any support you can provide will bring us closer to our goal and give my son a fighting chance for a healthy future.

He is a bright, loving, and resilient little boy who has touched the hearts of everyone he has met. We are fighting with everything we have, but cannot do it alone. I am in urgent need of your help.
