Baby Shivansh Tushar Bhosle, a brave 2-year-old child, is fighting Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome, a rare and life-threatening immune disorder. This serious condition severely weakens his immune system, leaving him highly vulnerable to recurrent infections, dangerous bleeding episodes, and critical medical emergencies.

Shivansh is currently undergoing detailed medical check-ups and essential investigations. Based on the results, doctors are preparing to schedule his life-saving Bone Marrow Transplant within the next 2–3 weeks.
This transplant is his only curative option and must be done urgently to give him a chance at a healthy future.

The baby’s chemotherapy started 3 days ago and will continue for a total of 10 days. Once this phase is completed, his bone marrow transplant will be scheduled as the next critical step in his treatment. This period is extremely crucial for his recovery, and he is being closely monitored by the medical team.

Update 24 December 2025

Baby Shivansh’s life-saving Bone Marrow Transplant was successfully completed on 23rd December 2025 at 5:00 PM. The procedure marks a crucial milestone in his treatment for Wiskott–Aldrich Syndrome. At present, Shivansh is stable and is being kept under strict medical observation for the next 15–20 days, which is a critical post-transplant period. Doctors are closely monitoring his recovery to prevent any complications or infections. As per medical advice, no food or liquids are being given orally at this stage. All nutrition, medicines, and essential support are being administered through syringe and medical support systems to ensure his safety and proper healing. This post-transplant phase is extremely delicate, and continued care, monitoring, and support remain essential for his recovery.

Update 29 December 2025 -

As per the latest medical reports dated 26th December 2025, Baby Shivansh continues to remain under close medical supervision following his recent treatment.
Blood Investigation Update Hemoglobin: 7.9 g/dL – low, indicating anemia White Blood Cell Count: 3.89 – low, suggesting reduced immunity Platelet Count: 3.82 lakh – within normal range and stable Other important parameters including electrolytes, kidney function, and liver enzymes are within normal limits, which is reassuring and indicates that Shivansh’s body is tolerating the treatment well.
Viral Screening Results CMV (Cytomegalovirus): Negative No active CMV infection detected. EBV (Epstein-Barr Virus): Positive A detectable viral load has been identified. Doctors are closely monitoring this condition, which is commonly seen in children undergoing intensive treatments such as bone marrow transplant–related care. Current Medical Status Shivansh remains under strict observation, and the medical team is carefully monitoring his blood counts, immunity levels, and viral markers to prevent complications and ensure timely intervention if required. This phase is extremely sensitive, and continued medical care and monitoring remain essential for his recovery.

Update 31 December 2025 -
Today, Baby Shivansh is scheduled to receive chemotherapy as part of his ongoing treatment for Wiskott–Aldrich Syndrome. Due to the effects of chemotherapy, his activity level has reduced, and there have been changes in his eating habits. The treating doctors have informed that these symptoms are expected side effects during chemotherapy. Shivansh remains under close medical observation, and his condition is being carefully monitored to manage side effects and ensure his safety during treatment.

Update 02 January 2026 - Baby Shivansh’s condition is stable and progressing smoothly. Doctors have informed that the feeding saline will be removed soon and he will gradually start eating normally. His activity level has also started improving slowly.

Update 5 January 2026 -

Baby Shivansh continues to remain under close medical care following his Bone Marrow Transplant. He is currently on saline feeding, as advised by the doctors. The medical team has informed that the saline support is expected to be removed around 15th January 2026, after carefully reassessing his condition and overall recovery progress. At present, Shivansh’s activity level is showing slow but positive improvement, which is encouraging during this critical post-transplant phase. He remains under strict medical observation to ensure steady recovery.
