Donation Refund Policy
All donations made to Little Heart Foundation are voluntary contributions and are immediately allocated towards ongoing charitable programs and beneficiary requirements. Therefore, donations once successfully processed are generally non-refundable.
However, refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Transaction: If the same donation amount has been deducted more than once due to a technical error.
- Incorrect Donation Amount: If an incorrect amount was entered accidentally during the donation process.
- Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation transaction was made without the donor’s authorization, subject to verification.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, donors must contact our support team within 7 working days from the date of the transaction.

- Donor Name
- Registered Email Address
- Contact Number
- Transaction ID
- Donation Date
- Donation Amount
- Reason for Refund Request
Our finance team will review the request and verify the transaction details. If the request is found valid, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after successful verification. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the donor’s account may depend on the respective bank or payment gateway.
