Donations & Refunds
All donations made to Little Heart Foundation are used immediately toward ongoing medical, nutritional, and educational support programs.
Since donations are allocated in real time to active cases and beneficiary requirements, we do not offer refunds once a donation has been processed.
However, if you believe an error occurred while donating (such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts), please contact our support team within 7 working days of your transaction.
Our finance team will carefully review your case and process a refund if found valid.

Cancellation Policy
Once a donation or sponsorship is confirmed, cancellation is not possible as the funds are directed immediately toward child support and welfare. For recurring donations (monthly or annual commitments), you can cancel future payments anytime by contacting our support team before the next billing cycle.
