The baby’s father, Mr. Shubham Gosavi, is a daily-wage farmer earning barely ₹300 per day. The mother, Mrs. Jyoti Gosavi, is a homemaker. Even the grandfather earns only ₹300 per day as a farmer. With these limited means, managing even basic household expenses is difficult, let alone heavy medical bills. Before turning to Little Heart Foundation, the family had already exhausted whatever they had nearly ₹25,000 spent on C-section delivery and initial medicines. As NICU bills crossed ₹4–4.5 lakhs, they had no option left but to seek support.
