Baby Of Mrs. Reshma Veralkar is a 1-month-old female child diagnosed as an Extreme Preterm baby with very low birth weight (600 grams at birth). She is currently admitted at Vedant Hospital, Thane, under the supervision of Dr. Santosh Wagh.

Due to her premature birth, the baby requires continuous oxygen support, timely feeding, medication, and intensive neonatal care. Her condition remains critical and demands constant monitoring and specialized treatment. Without immediate medical intervention, her survival is at serious risk.

Baby Reshma belongs to a financially vulnerable family. Her father, Mr. Pravin Veralkar, works as a local painter earning approximately ₹15,000 per month and is the sole earning member of a family of four. Her mother is a homemaker with no independent source of income.
