Medical Case Overview
Premature twin babies are currently admitted to the NICU at MotherNest Hospital, Dombivli, Maharashtra. Both babies require continued specialised neonatal intensive care, monitoring and medical support.

As per the hospital medical letters, the twins have been diagnosed with very premature birth, Very Low Birth Weight (VLBW) and Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS). One baby has also been diagnosed with apnea of prematurity.

Family Details
The babies’ father works in a private limited company and earns approximately ₹25,000 per month. Their mother is a homemaker.

With limited income and increasing NICU expenses for both babies, the family is struggling to continue the treatment. Relatives have contributed approximately ₹15,000 so far, but the required amount is far beyond the family’s financial capacity.
