FAMILY DETAILS – Mr. Mahadev Shivraj Shirmewar (Father of Tanush) is a farmer. His monthly income is approximately 8000 Rs Only. His wife Mrs. Monika Mahadev Shirmewar is a house wife. He is the only sole-earner in the family to manage family’s daily livelihood. As his financial condition is not good he is unable to manage his son’s medical treatment cost.

PATIENT DETAILS – Master Tanush Mahadev Shirmewar is a 2 years Old Male Child diagnosed with Pineoblastoma-progressive disease. He has to go undergo radiotherapy for his condition as a salvage procedure for the duration of 4 weeks. He is under care of Dr. Santanu Sen and Dr. Pranav Chadha at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Andheri West.
